I personally worked up at her property a couple times during that whole thing. I actually went to prison for trying to get my saws and work trailer after the cops were done up their. They accused me of burglarizing her place and through a series of unfortunate circumstances I was sent to prison. I know that property and the real story very well, I also know that she was born a man named Tom. I’m curious to know if that part was mixed in the movie too. I m glad it’s been made a movie especially since I know the places that were used in the filming. Hope it does well. Thanks for reading.
Hey thanks for your comment. We actually had no idea of the transgendered aspect until after we finished filming. There was no reporting of that at the time. The story was kept pretty quiet nationally then we started working and it seems the story became popular on youtube horror channels and etc.
